Professional dog board & trains from a professional dog trainer! Hi, my name is Lindsey and I am a dog trainer in La Grange Kentucky. I have been training for 10 years now and have experience in many avenues of the dog world such as pet basic & advanced obedience, AKC sport, police k9 detection, personal protection, & service/therapy dogs. I have experience with hundreds of different breeds at this point, especially working breeds. I am also an AKC Canine Good Citizen and Trick Dog Evaluator. I am now joining rover to offer dog board & trains and pet day care in my home. I have over 2 acres of fenced in yard and a large room inside my home dedicated to the dogs as well. I am pet first aid and cpr certified. I can guarantee that your pet will not come home with any new bad behaviors as they may with traditional large scale boarding or with someone with not much experience. Your dog will be treated as my own while they are here. (Disclaimer: Dogs should be crate trained or actively crate training (puppies) before staying. I also require proof of up to date vaccinations and fecal exam within the last year before boarding or daycare in order to not only keep your dog healthy, but future boarding and daycare dogs and my own dogs healthy. My puppy seemed to have a great time at Lindsey’s house and she got him set up on a training plan while he was there also. She sent daily photos and videos as well.

Outstanding individual that took excellent care of my fur babies
Lindsey did a great job with Bailey. Plenty of play time and sent photos of activities everyday. Was also flexible when our flight was delayed for our return. Lots of room on her land to play outside. Thanks so much for being flexible with us and taking care of our little friend! Best!!

Programa
I have open availability for board & trains and daycare/drop-ins. Dog training is NOT included in boarding price. It is an extra fee. Please message for details. I am too busy to do drop-ins at exact times, but I do aim to visit close to the preferred time.

I have a fenced in yard and other dogs of my own. Boarding/daycare dogs are kept in a separate area of the home than my personal dogs.

I prefer to exercise dogs in my very large yard so they can get the most out of it. We play ball/frisbee or whatever your dogs preferred method of play is! We also have a dog pool for hot days! If your dog is friendly with other dogs we can also do supervised group play to get energy out as well. Mental stimulation is very important as well, especially if your dog is nervous or stressed, I offer frozen peanut butter kongs at an extra cost.
