We generally follow a loose but consistent dog walk and pet feeding schedule in the home, informed by the relationship your dog and I build over time.

Walks are typically loose leash and focused on maintaining confidence and connection while within a safe window of comfort for your pup. We may practice positive reinforcement to encourage walker/dog connection, heeling, waiting, leave it, and redirection around triggers as needed.

Experiencia en el cuidado de mascotas
My method: I offer skills-based, assertive, compassionate handling for dogs of all temperaments and use positive reinforcement only. I prioritize animal consent, bodily autonomy, and healthy relationship over walking distance or human “control”, only employing force-free methods in my interactions. I do not employ punitive corrections or tools like prong or shock collars. Training experience: I am former WI resident and dog mom to an AKC Good Canine Citizen pitbull (now passed) and got my start training with the Brew City Bully Club (now Pitbull Advocates of America), a 501(c)(3) providing advocacy and owner/handler training based in Milwaukee, WI. I also underwent training through the Dog Den Madison, WI including classes for aggressive and reactive pups. Later, I volunteered at the Dane County Humane Society. In Seattle, my experience has been refined based on my clientele’s pups who tend towards the more submissive/fearful side of the coin. I have a penchant for rescues and seniors, plus experience providing care for cats of all ages and temperaments, chickens, chinchillas, and fish. Currently renewing American Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR certification. Please spay and neuter your pets!

Reseñas
We had Lilly watch our 4 chickens while on vacation. She was prompt to her window of appointment, followed directions to a T, and was respectful of our wishes. She exceeded our expectations for care. Would definitely hire again.

Lily was great! She was very communicative and thorough when watching our cat, and her affection and care for animals was evident.

Annika had a great time with Lily! She sent lots of pictures o

Lily is always great with our pup! She is extremely communicative and takes care of him like he is her own.
