We were gone 10 days. Overall, I believe Lilly took good care of our Beagle, i.e. Bailey was fine when were returned and had been walked daily. However, there are 2 things I'd like to address. Lilly had agreed that Bailey would not be in her crate for more than 2-3 hours at a time during the day. She really enjoys being outside when the weather is nice. We had a Ring camera the first 3 days (it went off line on day 4) and noticed Lilly was gone quite a bit leaving Bailey in her kennel. Since the weather was bad and Bailey tends to sleep during the day, my wife convinced me being in her kennel was OK. The 2nd item involves Bailey and inclement weather. She is very anxious during heavy rain or thunderstorms. We told Lilly this and told her of some medication if that occurred and to not let Bailey in the upstairs are as she tends to pee there when anxious. During a bad overnight storm, Lilly did not give her any meds and did not put her in her kennel as usual. Being anxious Bailey peed on our bed several times. Our king size bedspread had to be professional cleaned at a cost of about $50.

Lilly is such an animal lover not only does she have a dog of her own but she’s watched my dachshund’s many times. With this type of dog you have to do certain things because of their backs and she does amazing accommodating that. So if your pets have any special instructions/needs she will 100% follow through with them. My dogs are my family members and there’s only a few people I trust with them and Lilly is definitely one of them.

Lilly has been taking care of and training animals for many years. She has been a pet lover from a very young age and loves all different breeds. Lilly is quick on her feet, active and enjoys being outdoors, teaching animals new tricks, she works with them, has fun with them but also demonstrates obedience by getting the animals to listen and understand her commands.
