A loving home away from home
I have 1 dog, Russell, my Miniature Schnauzer, and I absolutely love having dogs around. The border terrier on my profile lives permanently at my mums house. I've had dogs throughout my life and have experience caring for and raising a range of breeds, from puppies through to adult dogs, including Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Labradors, Border Terriers and Miniature Schnauzers. I've also been trusted by friends and family to walk and look after their dogs when they're away. I'm patient, attentive and really enjoy getting to know each dog's individual personality and routine. I'm looking forward to welcoming your dog into our home and making sure they feel comfortable, happy and well cared for. 🐾

Lilly has looked after my very nervous border terrier, she is amazing with him. Lilly made him very welcome and understood his needs. I know he is safe and happy when he is with her. I had photos and messages to update me whilst I was away which was great. Lilly is very helpful and accommodating with us. I have used her several times and would definitely recommend Lilly’s services.
Lilly is a family friend and has been walking our dog Basil for a couple of years now. Basil is content in Lillys company and loves going on walks with her. Lilly spends time helping to train Basil and teach him tricks. She is very responsive, always sends photos and updates of Basil. Wouldn’t trust him with anyone else!

Schedule
I'm home for most of the day, so your dog will have plenty of company and won't be left alone for long periods. I have a flexible routine and can adapt the day around your dog's usual feeding, toilet, walking and rest schedule. I only plan to care for one dog at a time so that each dog gets plenty of individual attention. I can offer a calm home environment with lots of cuddles, playtime and company, while also making sure dogs have plenty of quiet time to relax.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog's safety and wellbeing are my top priority. Before accepting a booking, I'd like to arrange a meet and greet so we can make sure your dog and Russell get along and that everyone is comfortable. I'll also make sure doors and gates are secure and that dogs are always supervised when together. I'm happy to keep in regular contact with owners and send photos and updates so you can relax knowing your dog is happy and settled.

A typical day
Every dog is different, so I like to follow their normal routine as much as possible. A typical day would include breakfast, toilet breaks, a walk, playtime and plenty of time to relax at home. I'll give them lots of attention and cuddles throughout the day, while also making sure they have quiet time for naps and rest. Russell will provide some company too, and I'll make sure they have space to relax separately if they need it.
