Hi, I'm Annie. I am an experienced pet-sitter that easily connects and understands your pets. I bring a calm, patient, and empathetic approach when meeting a new animal. I understand how nerve-wracking it can be for animals to not only be missing their people, but interacting with a new person as well. As the go-to pet-sitter among friends and family, I have cared for around 20 dogs of all sizes, personalities, and ages. Starting in 2022, I volunteered as a dog-sitter and service-dog handler with 4PAWS for Ability. At 4PAWS, I gained 2 years of experience sticking to strict routines, following instructions carefully, and learning how to read dog body language. Additionally, I volunteer at animal shelters and have interned at the Columbus Zoo as an enrichment intern, so I understand the importance of enrichment and entertainment for animals. I stay calm, move at your pet's pace, and take my time when earning their trust. I'd love to meet your pet and provide the kind of care that they need to feel safe and loved.

When watching your pet in your home, you can trust me to respect and care for your pet with in your space responsibly. I have been trusted to house-sit for friends and family for 8 years (>35 times). I truly respect the safety and care your home, belongings, and pet. I am excellent at following directions, communicating clearly, being punctual, and making sure that your pets come first while you are away. I treat every animal and home with the same respect, care, and attention that I would want for my own pets.

Because of Annie, we were able to go away for an entire week out of the country without a worry for our two doodles. It was the first time leaving them since they were born and Annie was so great at communicating with us and sharing photos of them. She genuinely has been one of the biggest blessings. I highly recommend her. We have only had positive experiences with her. She has been taking them out three times a week when my husband and I are at work for the past month before our trip and she never forgets, always communicates, and dogs seem genuinely happy.

Annie did a wonderful job caring and loving for my dog throughout the summer. She was reliable and communicative! Annie became my favorite go-to while I was gone and she became the best of friends with my dog.

Schedule
I can provide care, companionship, exercise, play-time, etc. for your pet during any time of the day! I am a self-employed graphic designer with a flexible schedule. I work 15 hours part-time for Lakeshore Learning Center as well. The hours I work are very flexible. I also work digitally so, as well as caring for high-energy pups, I am able to provide companionship to lower energy or older pups company while I work remotely.
