Liang was so sweet to our pup Tilda. He clearly loved dogs and took great care of ours. He even happily kept out dog later than expected as we were running late. Thank you Liang! 🙏

I was disappointed with my experience with Liang. When I arrived to drop off my dog, I was surprised to find that he already had another dog in his care—something that had not been disclosed ahead of time. The other dog didn’t appear comfortable, and the first thing Liang said to me was, “Do you think this is going to be okay?” Naturally, this raised concerns about whether my dog would be safe staying with him for the afternoon. The other dog did quickly warm up to my dog and I believe the afternoon went fine after that but this introduction left me feeling uncomfortable. When I went to pick up my dog, Liang admitted that he hadn’t informed the other client he would be watching another dog, which I found to be unprofessional. Not all bad, he did take her for a long walk and shared photos. I appreciate that he did as he said he would however he then left a review and used the term b*tch to describe my dog. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Liang for pet care. Transparency and professionalism are essential when trusting someone with your animal, and this interaction fell short of that.
