This house is full of experienced, dedicated, and educated pet lovers! We never leave our son unsupervised when interacting with your fur baby in our home. We have taught our son what he needs to know as body language, how he should approach, and treat all animals. Our son also trains our dog at home. In this home we love animals and have never been without a pet. When I was younger my family would say that I was going to have a house full of animals. I also went to school for veterinary assistant because I enjoy taking care of animals. In addition, I worked with a groomer for a while in florida before moving to Maryland in 2006. I always say pets are like children and are truly part of the family. I have many friends that I have baby sat for, groomed, and helped trained. Unfortunately, we had to lay our sweet Halo to rest this in July 2021. We had Halo since he was 7 weeks and he was our family not just a pet we definitely miss him! We do have Eva she is shy and takes some time to warm up. She was one of my clients dog before becoming our dog. She needed a little extra love and training. Which we're giving her. She has made great improvements and is a sweet girl despite her big bark. I have had many pets including a rabbit for 7 years, l had Bugzy since he was 3 months old he passed away when he was around 6 1/2 years old, many guinea pigs as a classroom pet for my other job, and a few fish as class pets. People always come to me when they need help with their pets. I will be in the process of obtaining animal CPR/first aid. I am hoping to share my experience and love with your pets when you're away because I know how it feels when you can not take your furry baby with you. Dear Pet Parents: Thanks for considering our home as your pet’s vacation spot. In order to keep all pets safe and happy during their stay, we have a few simple booking policies to keep in mind: Pick-up and drop-off times must be scheduled in advance!!! This helps makes sure all of your pup’s stuff is ready to go when you arrive. **There is always a minimum daycare fee that applies to each boarding stay over the 24 hrs due to insurance purposes or another night added** ** There will be a late pick up fee Rover will automatically add to booking if boarding or daycare stays go over scheduled time. Please arrive with your pets on a leash and keep them leashed when not indoors. We are strong advocates for the county’s leash laws. Arrivals before 8:00am are need to be scheduled with prior permission. Mornings are busy with walks and feedings, and we want to make sure your drop-off is not rushed. I generally can accommodate changes in travel plans, so please let me know when plans change ahead if time. Most importantly, it is our policy that all pets and humans are treated with love and respect during their stay. Please ask or I will let you know the availability. I'm mostly available through out the week. I may need to do drop ins during a stay but no longer than 1 hour. I have a fence, crates, gates, and dogs are able to roam free. Dogs need a breaks so we do have relaxation times so dog can recooperate.
