When staying in a client's home I will follow the pet or dog's routine to make them as comfortable as possible while you're away. This includes walks and potty breaks consistent with their regular schedule, daily feedings, administering any medication your pet may be taking, play time, cleaning litter boxes, walks, and also house sitting tasks like taking in mail, packages ,and watering house plants.

A typical day
If your dog is young and active I will provide play time, walks, and for older or anxious pups I love being able to soothe and cuddle them :).

Pet care experience
My name is Lauren and I live on the border of Middlesex and Monmouth Counties. I grew up with a yorkie poodle mix and a Bichon and was always active in their care and also trusted to care for family and friends pets. I have experience with all size dogs, cats, administering medication orally, and am also certified in Pet First Aid and CPR.

Lauren was absolutely incredible while staying at our home for a few days to care for our two dogs and cat. One of our pups required daily medication, and she handled it with total professionalism and care. She kept us updated with thoughtful messages and photos, and it was clear our pets were happy, relaxed, and well-loved the entire time. We came home to a spotless house and three content animals who clearly adored her. It’s such a relief knowing we can trust someone so responsible, kind, and attentive with our pets and home. We couldn’t recommend Lauren more highly. She’s a gem, and we’ll definitely be booking her again!
Lauren was absolutely wonderful and took such great care of my cat while I was away on vacation. She sent me updates and pictures every visit and was so patient with my shy kitty who spent her first few visits hiding. They ultimately became best buds which made me feel so much better about being away. I would definitely recommend Lauren and would definitely have her again!
