I’ve always had a dog in my life - they’re simply the best! I have two dogs - a 10 month old puppy named Ruby and an almost 12 year old Rocky. I’ve had to leave Rocky when I’ve travelled for work over the last few years - I know it’s not easy leaving a beloved fur child with just anyone and it’s hard to find people to trust. I would love to be the one you can trust to care for yours and treat them like they’re part of our little family!

Lauren took excellent care of our dog Maggie! We needed someone to watch our dog on an overnight visit while we were travelling in Louisville. She was very prompt with her communication and was well prepared to care for our dog. She kept us updated with pictures and videos. Maggie got lots of attention, walks and playtime! We highly recommend Lauren.
Lauren was wonderful with my dog, Rita! She was kind and patient! I will gladly use her again!

A typical day
Depending on what your doggo enjoys, we've got some options: - I've got a big fenced in backyard that's great for fetch or for them to simply wander about and play with Ruby and Rocky while I work in the garden. - I'm a photographer on the side, so you'll more than likely end up with some really cute high res photos of your pup. - Ruby and I love to take long walks around the neighborhood, and since Rocky no longer joins me for those in his old age, I'd love to have another furry friend accompany me! - If they stay with me on the weekend and the weather is nice, I could bring them along with me on a hike (my favorite spots are Beckley Creek Park or Jefferson Memorial Forest)

Availability
I work from home M-F so I’m free to play with and take care of the doggos throughout the day and night. Pretty much just leave to get groceries, go to yoga, or the occasional dinner out with friends. I love nightly walks even though Rocky doesn’t like them so could walk your dog around the neighborhood in the evening or nearby hikes on the weekends!
