I make friends with all the animals! You name it, when I encounter any animal, I’m all about creating a relationship. Whether it’s a hello to a deer on the trail, or training a friend’s new puppy, I absolutely love to make a connection with our furry friends. I saved my sweet baby cat, Maya from the street when she was 7 weeks old and nursed her back to health. Ever since then, she’s been the princess of the house. Having the chance to connect with dogs through my friends and this app is great since we don’t have one at this time. I love to be a part of getting them outside to get exercise and mental stimulation. It’s so important. I enjoy charming shy kitties and getting hesitant ones to play. Cuddles with senior pups are the best and making sure they get all the special care they deserve makes me so happy. I’m excited to meet new pets and get to know their unique personalities! I’m very respectful of my client’s home as well as how their pet adapts to me in their space. It’s important for your pet to get to know me and vice versa. I always take the time to build report and trust for both of our sakes.

This is the first time I left Humo for more than a weekend, and the only reason I had peace of mind is because Lauren was our sitter. The love and care she gives in every single visit, how communicative she is and how she perfectly understood his routine made me certain he was perfectly taken care of all the time. I’m forever happy to had find her 🤍
Lauren was so wonderful - super sweet, accommodating, responsible, and easy to communicate with. My dog loved her, and she sent lots of cute pictures/kept me updated throughout the weekend. 🩵
Lauren was so attentive and caring for our 3 pups while we were gone for the weekend! She sent daily updates and pictures and kept us in the loop about any and everything. We would absolutely book her again!!
Lauren took great care of our girl, Josie, while we were out of town! She stayed at our house with Jo and was there with her most of the time, took her on nice long walks every day, and sent frequent updates. She was diligent in making sure she understood all of Josie’s routine and habits and her daily medication schedule. She had a run in with a not so nice dog on one of their walks too and by the sounds of it handled it like a pro! Josie was happy and her usual self when we got home to her. We’ll definitely be using Lauren again!
Lauren went above and beyond taking care of our cats and making sure our home was taken care of while we were on vacation!
Lauren made my first experience with Rover absolutely flawless! From the meet and greet she was very nice and friendly, and approached my cat with care and ease, matching his playful energy and immediately win him over with some treats. She was extremely attentive to all the instructions and asked questions that made me know Humo was gonna be on the best hands. She was very communicative during her visits, her video and photo updates were some of the highlights of my days while I was away and I could tell Humo enjoyed every minute of her being around. I plan to keep working with her for some upcoming trips :)

I work from home 2-3 days a week. On those days, I am happy to do midday or evening drop ins and overnights if the schedule works out.
