Lauren was hired to house sit and spend time with my dogs. We did a meet and greet ten days before the assignment, and I thought she would come over when we were ready to leave to go out of town. She texted to see what time we were leaving which I said was at 11 am. When she didn’t show up, I called her and she said she was planning to come around 3 pm. She was slow to respond to my text messages when I was checking on them and sometimes didn’t respond at all. When I came home it was very obvious that she had not spent either night here which was part of the assignment. I will never hire her again and will never refer her to anyone. I feel that I spent a lot of money when I could have had a friend stop by to feed them and let them outside since that seems like that’s all she did.
