I work fully remote from home with a flexible schedule that allows me to live out my love of caring for dogs throughout the week! Potty breaks can be as frequent as every 0-2 hours as needed, and there will be multiple breaks throughout the day to play and run around.

I have a very safe home for dogs, meaning, it’s puppy-proofed. There are not many things your dog can “get into” that they are not supposed to - raising a puppy in my home has taught me to anticipate things that could cause potential harm, fear, etc.! I have different sized crates and a large play pen that your dog is welcomed to use if you'd like. Some dogs love quiet time in the crate and some prefer to be out in the play pen or feel more comfortable free roaming -- whatever your dog requires, I'll try my best to accommodate! I have a fully fenced yard with lots of room to run and play. As always, I'm more than happy to provide FaceTimes, pictures, location tracking, whatever will make you feel the most confident that your pet is in great hands!

I will always ask to know your dog's behavioral history/preferences so we can both feel 100% confident in having a blast under my care! Anything specific they like/dislike is always helpful to know, what they're comfortable with, uncomfortable with, etc.
A typical day
We will go on walks, play with a multitude of toys and spend time enjoying the weather, rain or shine! I live in an area with a lot of greenways, trails, and parks nearby that are great for exploring, getting walks in, or socializing at new places. My home is set up for your pup to have lots of room to run and play (both inside and out), spread out with room for alone time if they wish, and many places for a cuddle and snooze after as well! Your dog will enjoy a large, fully fenced in backyard, perfect for fetch and different games/activities. We can set up a small agility course for them, or bring out the baby pool for a dip on warmer days!

Hey there! I'm a lifelong dog enthusiast with over two decades of hands-on experience in canine care. I grew up with dogs and have been taking care of others' pets since childhood. I have a 3 year old Retriever now who requires not only physical exercise but mental exercise as well (think doggy puzzles, sniffing games, training sessions, etc.). I understand the importance of a well-exercised and well-loved time for you pet and am committed to providing engaging activities that cater to these needs. My approach includes interactive play, positive training sessions, sensory games, and outdoor adventures, all designed to enrich your dog's life. My dog care services include house sitting, meal enrichment prep, basic training, puzzles/game time, baths, check-ins/outs, dog walking, and pretty much whatever else your dog needs! As a dog parent myself, I understand how much time and effort goes into making your pet's life special and the quality care that you want for them while you're away (or simply need a breather from every day life)!

Lauren watched our two golden retrievers for a few days while we were gone and she was amazing! She was prompt, easy to communicate with, was sure to send cute pictures, and did everything we asked! We will definitely use Lauren again and would recommend her to anybody! She was extremely trustworthy and so sweet.
