I am a nurse practitioner and work in clinic during the week but my husband works remote and has a flexible schedule. We take daily morning walks together and have a fenced in backyard for potty breaks and playtime throughout the day. We usually do a long walk or throw the ball in the evening, as well 😊

We have a large home with a fenced in backyard. Safety is our biggest priority, so the dogs are never outside unsupervised and we do not allow dogs to be off leash outside unless it’s an enclosed area (and cleared with you ahead of time to take your dog to this setting). We allow dogs on the couch and bed and love having them snuggle up with us if they want to! I want your pup to feel right at home here and we will do whatever we can to make them comfortable and stress free!

I’d like to know what quirks your dog has and how we can make them comfortable in our home while you’re away! How have they done with sitters in the past? How much exercise do they typically get during the week? Where do they typically sleep? Are they crated or left out when you leave?
A typical day
We live in the nations and walk the neighborhoods in the morning and evening! We can take the dogs off leash to chase a ball at west park or to urban dog bar, but we’d only do so with your permission and if your dog has good recall. We also have a variety of lick mats and chews we are happy to share with your dog if they require mental stimulation. We only give these in a crate or when dogs are separated to prevent any resource guarding.

Hi there! My husband Cam and I LOVE dogs and have watched dogs on rover on and off for 4 years. We have also fostered dogs through wags and walk. As we have adopted two of our fosters, my husband told me we have to take a break from fostering so we don’t end up with 6 dogs 😂 We got more involved with the rescue community after losing our golden retriever unexpectedly to cancer last summer. We were devastated and knew our house felt empty without a dog- we completely understand how deeply our dogs are family! I know I can’t enjoy my vacation unless I know my dogs are happy and safe , so I want you to feel confident that your pet is in good hands while you’re away! We will provide photos and videos, so that you can see how much fun your pup is having. On two separate occasions, a dog that we’ve watched got sick while in our care (such as a UTI or vomiting). With my background as a nurse and my husbands flexible schedule to be able to take the dogs to the vet, we were able to quickly identify what was wrong and get the dog the help they need. I will always communicate with you if I have any questions or concerns! I look forward to meeting you and your pets!!

Lauren and Cameron were so great with Harry! They gave him lots of attention and snuggles and made sure he wasn’t anxious overnight. They were also more than willing to make sure he got his allergy meds even though it was a last minute ask. I loved the photos and videos they sent, and I felt like he was in great hands!

Lauren and Cam were so wonderful!! We went out of town for a wedding and are usually a bit anxious leaving Finn with new sitters, but from the moment we met them (and their sweet pups), we felt completely at ease. They cared for Finn like he was their own and kept us updated with texts/pics! It meant so much to see how happy and comfortable he was. We’re so grateful to have found them and will absolutely be booking with them again in the future.
Lauren and Cam were amazing with my pup Tilly! This was the second time I’ve dropped Tilly off with them. They cared for her like their own. Tilly enjoyed going on a mini Easter Egg Hunt, walking to the park, and playing with Bailey and Grover. I arrived to pick her up and she was ready for a good nights rest. Highly recommend Lauren and Cameron!
