🐾 Hi, I’m Lauran! I’ve been providing professional pet care for the past four years and have been fortunate to build lasting relationships with many wonderful families and their pets. Whether I’m caring for an energetic puppy, a senior dog, a shy cat, or a pet with a detailed routine, I treat every animal like they’re part of my own family. I believe every pet deserves individualized care, patience, and plenty of love while you’re away. I pride myself on being dependable, communicative, and attentive, and I always make sure you receive plenty of updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are in good hands.

I treat every home with the same care and respect I would expect someone to treat my own. I make sure to follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise routines, and any house rules you’ve established. Safety is always my top priority. I double check doors, gates, collars, harnesses, and fresh water at every visit. (Including making sure escape artists don’t dart outside.) 📸 I also believe communication is incredibly important, so you’ll receive plenty of updates and photos while you’re away. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away knowing your pets are happy, comfortable, and well cared for.

I couldn’t be happier with the care Skipper received this weekend! It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my cat was in such loving and capable hands. Skipper was well cared for, happy, and comfortable when I returned, and it was obvious that he received plenty of attention and affection while I was away. Communication was excellent throughout the weekend, and I truly appreciated the updates and the genuine care shown for my pet. I've been a Rover sitter for years, but this was my first time hiring someone through Rover to care for my own pet, so I was definitely a little anxious. Lauran made the whole experience so easy. She kept me updated every visit with great messages and the cutest pictures, let me know exactly how my cat was doing and everything she took care of while she was there. She really put my mind at ease while I was away. I'd absolutely book with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable sitter.
Lauran was super easy to work with. Set up dates on short notice to have her stop by and check on my cat and she checked all the boxes! She got along great with my cat despite having met him. She told me she was a cat mom herself so I’m sure that helps. I’ll book again on my next trip out of town for sure 😺
I can’t say enough good things about Lauran and how highly I recommend her! She treated my sweet pups like royalty - so much so that they seemed less than enthusiastic when I came home. Lol Lauran stayed in touch with updates, pictures, and attention to ALL the details. My pups clearly adored her! I highly recommend Lauran. 10/10 peace of mind!

Lauran has become not only a critical part of our care team for our sweet baby, but also an extended part of our family. Our senior dog has needed an increasing level of care and support, and Lauran has been reliable in her willingness to support in whatever way will help our baby and ourselves as the owner/family. We trust her as a surrogate pet parent for us (which says a great deal) in that she is organized and time-conscious to keep medication management and feeding on course as well as attentive to our pet and communicative with us as well as our vet to ensure that we are all in the loop together for best care and decision making. Lauran goes over and above to ensure the care and safety of our sweet angel and allows us to know that she is in the best care possible when we are not there. This is the first person we have had stay in our home when we are away and that is also a huge step for us--with Lauran, she makes it easy--we would not be able to be away without her.

Schedule
I currently work full time, Monday through Friday, however I am available for overnight care and drop in visits to take care of your fur babies either before or after work/on the weekends 😊
