Here for your furbaby's needs!
Hey there! I have had the honor of having dogs and cats since I was 16 years old. I have also had ferrets, bunnies, and hedgehogs, so exotic pets can be tended to as well. My pets are my children (I currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats) and I would love to help with yours. I have also helped foster dogs a few times, especially over the holidays. I am available most evenings after 5pm and most weekends (all day) to either house sit or walk/cuddle/feed/play with your pets while you are away. I also am able to give animals their oral medicine (not shots) if necessary. I do not have special skills but my love for animals is why I'd like to help with yours! I am more than happy to do a quick meet and greet with you and your furbaby prior to any service you schedule, just message me a time and place! I will gladly provide pictures/video of the time spent with your pet and a brief summary of the daily activities to ensure your confidence in the pet care I provide. I want to make sure you feel comfortable and that your pet is safe and loved. My two dogs are crate trained, so I can crate your animals if needed. I am comfortable taking them for walks in your neighborhood. If you have a fenced in yard, I am happy to run them around and have play time. I can clean up after both cats and dogs, if needed. If you have commands you want encouraged, I can rehearse them with your animals to keep training consistent. I want you to know your pet will be loved and adored when I am taking care of them and that they are having fun! *PERSONALLY INSURED FOR PET CARE (PCI) *PET CPR CERTIFIED

I will treat your furbaby with love and compassion when they are in my care. I am able to crate your dog if you crate train, I will never take your dog outside without a leash, and I am always going to ensure their safety. My goal is to make them (and you!) feel at ease with me in your home, taking care of your pet and to distract them from your absence. When housesitting, I like to keep to your schedule as much as possible so I will ask you tons of questions!

Laura housesat for my 2 dogs and 2 cats while my family was on vacation. She was absolutely fantastic! Through both her updates & questions regarding our pets it was abundantly clear how much she cares. I could not have found anyone more responsible or dedicated to take care of my fur family!!

I work a full-time job 830am-5pm M-F in Sparta, so I am available for evening drop-ins/housesitting and weekends. Please see my calendar for availabilities, I try to keep it as up to date as possible for you!

- Please provide their vaccination information and have available for me in case of an emergency. Do they have allergies or are they skittish? Is there anything they don't like? Do they have issues with small children, other animals, strangers, vehicles driving by? Are there cues or commands you want used specifically? Are there certain behaviors you don't want them doing (ie being on the couch/bed, no human food)? Are there certain treats they can have? Meal times? Potty times? Bed times (all of mine are ready and in the bedroom by 9:30pm, believe it or not!)? Who is the family vet/where is it located in case of emergency?
