Dog walking is my full-time job. I’m happy to walk your dog any time of day but I stick to clients closer to my own home if it’s a late evening walk.

There are two friendly dogs in the house and a fenced back garden. I offer daycare and boarding for well-mannered dogs (provided my own dogs let me know they are happy to have them stay during the meet and greet), with two half-hour walks included per day. My staffy girl likes to wrestle and has excellent play etiquette, and my old lurcher boy likes to sleep, so there's a good chance your pup will fit in somewhere.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs, allergies, or problematic behaviours that I’ll need to be on the lookout for. No detail is too small. In turn, I'll share anything I observe that I think you need to be concerned about.
A typical day
We’ll explore the numerous nearby parks, play as much fetch as your pooch wants using the 30ft longline, and if your dog is a lead-puller we can get some training in to help with that. Seeing and interacting healthily with other dogs is an essential part of keeping most pooches happy (and working on their manners if they need that), but I do not let them approach another dog unless I have the owner's permission and I think the dog is friendly enough to interact with. If you would prefer your dog not to interact or just to observe other dogs from a distance, let me know. If there are any particular skills or tricks you would like us to work on, just mention it to me. I typically train and reward using Harrington's Adult Kibble and Tesco Training Treats, but if your dog has any allergies, I can get any reasonably priced kibble/treats in as my two are not fussy.

Pet care experience
I have experience with high prey drive breeds (and injuries from a few hard-learned lessons!) and lead-pulling. Whether it’s a sniffy walk where we stop every 10 yards, an active walk to tire out their brains and bodies, or a training walk to reduce pulling, each activity is completely based on what you want for your dog and how they’re feeling that day. Please note that in the interests of safety, I don’t take people-reactive dogs over 25kg. Bully breeds are welcome!
