Kristin kept my cat safe and happy! She messaged me every day and I felt confident knowing my cat Melody was taken care of.

So far Kristin has been the best dog sitter we have had. She was so compassionate and thoughtful in taking care of Bailey and helping out our family. We were under immense pressure to get to the airport on time, and she came to pick up Bailey and then when we got home was able to bring her back. She also sent the cutest pictures of Bailey each day of our trip, which reassured us and let us know how happy Bailey was. I highly recommend Kristen because she is caring, empathetic, hard working, and reliable. Your pet will be in very good hands under Kristen’s care.

I've booked Kristin a few times, and she has always been very kind and helpful, especially with the special accommodations that my cat needs. I feel she provided a good environment for boarding my cat. In particular, I appreciate her being very helpful and communicative after my cat had a medical episode and needed to be taken to the ER. Her care made a difficult moment easier to go through.

My experience with this sitter was unfortunately very disappointing. I booked this sitter about a month before my trip and provided detailed care instructions for my cats during both our initial booking and meet-and-greet. The morning I left, she informed me she would be undergoing a medical procedure the next day and that her fiancé would cover care for one day only before she resumed responsibility for the remainder of the booking. However, throughout the entire booking, the sitter never personally came to care for my cats. Her fiancé was the only person entering my apartment, which was not what we had agreed upon when I booked her services. There were also several concerns during the booking: - Visits were not occurring three times daily as requested. - The apartment lights were left on continuously. - One of my cameras had part of its view blocked. - Rover logs indicated litter boxes were being maintained, but when my friend later checked on my cats, the litter boxes had clearly not been properly cleaned and there was a strong odor in the apartment. During my trip, the sitter later informed me that due to worsening family circumstances, her fiancé would also no longer be available and suggested sending her stepson — someone I had never met or approved — to continue care in my home. I was extremely uncomfortable with this and immediately arranged for a trusted friend to take over instead. I genuinely sympathize with her personal circumstances, and I understand emergencies happen. However, I believe there should have been clearer communication and transparency from the beginning. If a sitter is unable to personally fulfill a booking, I believe the appropriate course of action is to cancel the booking or work through Rover to arrange approved coverage, rather than repeatedly transferring responsibility to people the client did not hire or approve. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unable to trust the care being provided to my pets and home.

It was an overall good experience my cat was very shy as it was a new environment for her but she seemed to be okay staying with Kristin . She was able to play with some toys and my cat was dropped off with care.

Kristine took care of my dog for 3 nights and it all well for communication and boarding service. I really appreciate for taking care of my dog and professional service.
