Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs my whole life and have a good sense on how to read them and their comfort level. I enjoy all breeds and personalities when it comes to dogs and will meet them wherever they are at to ensure they feel as comfortable as possible while you're away. As a pet parent who uses Rover, I know how important it is to know your pet is well taken care of while you're not there. I am also a volunteer dog walker at UPAWS and have learned a lot from the staff there on how to properly meet and interact with new dogs.

I have a cat in my home, so I wouldn't be able to care for pets at my house, but I would take quality care of pets in their own home. I would follow whatever routine they normally have to try to reduce the stress of their people being gone.

I'm game for whatever the dog would enjoy and will go along with whatever their idea of fun is. Whether it's throwing the ball over and over again, going for a long walk or just keeping them company on the couch.
