Hi my name is Kristen and I provide a wide variety of pet care services. (With the help of my husband) I have been providing my care and services to pets and their families for 17+ years. I started out walking/feeding a neighbors dog everyday before and after school to earn some spending money when I was younger. A few of my other neighbors became aware of my love for animals and the dedication and time I put into caring for them. Within a few weeks I was walking 3 of my neighbors dogs (before and after school at the time) and caring for one of my neighbors 2 cats when she went on vacation. I have always loved and enjoyed caring for animals and offing my help to friends, family members and my neighbors when they were not able to do it themselves. As I got older I never lost sight of what I enjoyed and loved doing so I continued to pet sit/dog walk and took on many more clients. I decided to join Rover to offer my love and care to others and as a way to meet many new furry friends to love, cuddle and play with. As a pet owner myself I know we would love nothing more then to be able to take our furry little friends with us wherever we go, however unfortunately that is just not always possible. Whether it be a vacation, a business trip or you may just be working long hours. Your pet(s) still need the same love and care they receive from you and very well deserve! Our 4 legged babies are more then just a pet they are our family. I love all of my clients pets as if they were my very own and I offer the same care to your pet as I would want offered to my girl Zena. If you are going to be away for a long period of the day I can come to your house to take your pride and joy out for their potty breaks, some fresh air, a nice long or sort walk and some play time and of course cuddles before I go. Going on a vacation? No problem allow me to watch your pet for you. I can watch your pet in your own home or I can bring your beloved pet to my home.. I myself have a puppy named Zena who is super friendly, loves other dogs and enjoys a good play date!! She loves to share her toys (which she has more then enough) her bed’s and blankies, treats and even her mommy and daddy. I live right next to a playground/field where we go to enjoy a nice walk and a little fun in the sun. I also have a backyard and a deck that our furry little friends love to lay around and enjoy a little “sunbathing” My dog enjoys to lay out there in the doggie pool to cool off and soak up the sun after a nice long walk. If you wish to have your pet stay with me in my home I can still provide care to your home while you are away as well if you wish. Such as bringing in your mail, watering your plants/garden and keeping a close eye on things while you are away. I am here to provide the same love and care for your pet as they receive from you. Each pet has their own personality and style and I adapt to each of their very own needs and wants. Whether it be cuddles and kisses, tug-a-war with their favorite rope, long or sort walks,a fun game of fetch or to be left alone and giving their space. I am here to make your life easier, enjoyable and worry free while keeping your pet happy and healthy while you, their best friend is not around to do so yourselves. I am a Preschool teacher who works steps away from my home which makes my availability during the day (for potty breaks, drop off/pick up) very flexible. I am home by 1-1:30pm daily some days even earlier then that and Summer time I am usually home by 11am. I am flexible with adjusting my schedule to meet the needs of you pet while they are in my care. **Doggy daycare-If you work later hours or will be out for a few hours during the day and do not wish to leave your pet at home alone please feel free to drop your pet off to me as I am available as early as 12pm** Please feel free to contact me for further information or questions you may have.
