Kota was awesome!! He came through for us when we needed someone pretty last minute. He was very attentive when I told him what my dogs needed for food/walks, etc. and he kept them very happy. He sent us a picture while we were gone and the dogs were loving him! He even went above and beyond and cleaned all the bed sheets before leaving. We will be using Kota again and I’d recommend him to anyone!

Kota was awesome! He house sat for us and took care of our senior dog who takes medication several times per day, and our two cats. He sent plenty of updates and photos and kept us informed on how they were doing the entire time. The house was spotless when we got back home! We have had other rover sitters in the past and I will say Kota has been awesome! We will definitely use his services again in the future 😄

Our big boys are typically pretty angsty when we leave for vacation and have been a challenge in the past. Not this time. Kota was just the right amount of communicative, providing occasional pictures and updates and otherwise just taking care of business, which only added to our time away. He’ll be first on the call list going forward.

I hired Kota to dog sit my two dogs while I was away on work travel. Despite claiming he would be at my home most of the time due to lack of transportation, he was frequently absent, leaving my dogs alone for extended periods. During his stay, Kota made numerous requests for accommodations. He also requested that I purchase crates and covers for the dogs, which I did and had to rely on someone else to deliver them. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to return home early. Upon my return, I found my dogs anxious, underweight, and had significant damage to my home. It was clear that Kota had not been providing adequate care or supervision. Upon his request and against better judgment, I paid Kota a portion of the fee upfront and the remainder through the Rover app. While Rover refunded me for the unused portion of the service, Kota charged me a cancellation fee and has ignored my requests for a cash refund or reimbursement for the destroyed carpet and trim in my home. I would not recommend Kota to anyone seeking reliable and responsible dog sitting services.

Kota was amazing! We left our 2 dogs and cat in his care for 3 days, and we came home to a very well taken care of house and pets. He was on top of communication, and made sure to put our animals first. We truly appreciated Kota’s help and will definitely be seeking his help in the future. Thank you for everything Kota!

I could not be any more pleased with Kota! He was thoughtful, communicative, and truly went the extra mile to make sure my dog and cat were cared for and safe. He took great care of my house, too. Cannot recommend him highly enough! I’ve already booked him for another trip.
