Information Kirsty H. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know dietary requirements and if your pet needs any medication. I would also like to know if your dog has trouble with anything eg loud noises, other dogs, traffic etc
A typical day
I have many walks available on my doorstep from woodland or grassland to beaches. I love walking and am happy to walk your dog for as long as you'd like me to. I have four children so there's never any shortage of someone to throw a ball!

Each and every pet welcomed as if they were my own
Pet care experience
I have always grown up with animals in the house, particularly dogs. They're a part of the family. I qualified as a veterinary surgeon in 1997 and currently work as a veterinary acupuncturist. I worked in small animal practice for many years so animals and in particular dogs have, and always will be a very big part of me and my life. Due to family commitments I am unable to commit to the responsibility of a dog full time right now but I have lots of free time every day to care for your pet and enjoy walking in any weather. There are many varied walks available nearby from grassland to woods to beaches. Every pet that stays or visits will benefit from enrichment to their environment which includes scatter feeding, lickimats and sniff-aris (to name a few!) I can provide a variety of services depending on your needs - dog boarding, doggy day care, dog walking and drop in visits. I also provide care for cats and small furries. New owner/pet bookings will benefit from £15 off their first booking by clicking on this direct profile link https://www.rover.com/sit/kirsth40895 and entering the promotional code KIRSTH40895. I look forward to meeting you and your pets :)
Reviews

Kirsty was brilliant with our Lurcher puppy Gus, we received regular updates and photos, and a lovely video of him having the best time in her large garden and running in her doggy paddling pool. Kirsty’s home is well equipped for dogs and she is clearly very knowledgeable and loves them like her own. We would highly recommend Kirsty. Thank you for taking such good care of Gus!

Kirsty has looked after our dogs, Mac and Obi, several times now and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. It’s always good to know they’re in such caring and capable hands. She sends daily updates with photos, which we really appreciate. It makes being away so much easier knowing they’re being so well looked after. On one occasion our older dog Mac was recovering from a small operation on his paw, and Kirsty went above and beyond to make sure he was properly cared for. She even spoke directly with our vet and kept us fully updated, which we were incredibly grateful for. Kirsty is thoughtful, reliable, and clearly loves the dogs she cares for. Mac and Obi are always excited to see her, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic dog sitter.

Kirsty helped me to feel confident in leaving my dog with a dogsitter for the first time. She took time to learn about my dog's needs and she sent me updates and photos throughout the day which helped put me at my ease and know that my dog was being well cared for :)

Kirsty was fantastic with our 2 dogs! One can be very nervous but had a great time and settle in very well. Thanks Kirsty, would highly recommend.
