Kimberly was friendly and responsive throughout the scheduling process, and it seemed like Royce really enjoyed playing with her dogs. Unfortunately, I’m giving 3 stars because after picking him up, we noticed that his collar was missing and had been replaced with an old collar with pink hearts on it. We also realized once we got home that the bag of treats we had packed in his food container was missing as well. My husband spoke with Kimberly about the missing items, and I believe she offered to purchase a replacement collar or reimburse us, which I appreciated. I just would have preferred to receive a message through the portal since that was where I had been communicating with her directly and making the arrangements. I understand that things can occasionally get misplaced, but a quick heads-up about what happened would have been appreciated. Aside from the missing items, we had a positive experience and Royce seemed to have a great time with her dogs.

Kimberly was wonderful. It was our first time having her watch Jameson. Very quick reply to our sort of last minute request and took good care of our pup. He left happy and got along with the dog ther pups! 😁 thanks again Kimberly!

Lady had a great time with Kimberly over the weekend. She sent me photos of her everyday to show me what she was up to and how she was doing. Whenever I would text her she was always very punctual and get back to me right away. Lady had a great stay!!
