During Drop In Visits- I care for pets in their own home to help keep them comfortable & reduce stress. I follow instructions closely, maintain cleanliness & always respect your home. I’m also able to administer medication & can clip nails when appropriate, depending on your pet’s comfort level. I send regular updates, photos & videos so you can feel relaxed while you’re away. House Sitting- For house sittings, I’ll stay in your home & only leave for the maximum amount of time we’ve agreed upon. I’ll provide as many walks, potty breaks & playtime as your pet needs. If you don’t require an overnight stay, I offer discounted rates depending on your pet’s care needs.

A typical day
Pet Sitting- During visits I focus on keeping pets calm, comfortable & well cared for in their own home. This includes feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, litter box cleaning, playtime, affection & making sure everything is secure before I leave. Dog Walking- During walks, I focus on making dogs feel safe, comfortable & mentally stimulated. I allow time for sniffing, stay in the shade when possible, avoid hot pavement, carry water, cooling towels & a misting fan during warmer weather, pay attention to each dog’s limits & stay aware of our surroundings to help keep walks calm, safe & enjoyable.

Pet care experience
Experience- I have hands on experience with both cats & dogs, including delivering puppies & rehabilitating a newborn puppy with a birth defect who required around the clock care. I’ve also worked as a pet bather at a pet salon & volunteered at UFAR Animal Rescue where I helped transport, walk, feed & care for both cats & dogs. I’m currently working toward becoming a pet groomer. Cat Care- I have 2 cats of my own & understand feline behavior, stress signals & the importance of moving at their pace to help them feel safe while you’re away. Dog Care- I’ve had dogs for most of my life & understand that every dog has different needs. I provide attentive, structured care including walks, potty breaks & playtime.

Kimberly was excellent and my dog loved her.
Kim is amazing. She is super sweet and gentle. My cat is naturally shy but curious however my cat was comfortable with her right out of the gate! She made Scooby feel loved and kept him company while I was away. She followed instructions and was very communicative. I’m going on another trip in three weeks and it’s safe to say Kim will be getting rebooked.
Kimberly has been great with my two cats. she takes the time to play with them, sets up food and water and cleaned litter. Always happy to have Kimberly look after my girls.
Just completed our first week with Kimberly, and we have had nothing short of a great experience. She is very sweet, reliable, a great listener, and is great with our baby. We also enjoy seeing the pictures and data collected for his walk. We have never hired a walker before, so we were not totally sure what to expect.
