Pet care experience
I’ve been responsible for the care of seven dogs throughout my life. That includes owning four pets of my own, boarding two dogs and visiting a persons house to watch a dog. Apart from just simply feeding and letting a dog outside, it is important they get daily walks and time to play to let out some energy. For all seven dogs, that was my main job, making sure they were walked and got good exercise.

Caring for pets is making sure to create a safe, loving environment no matter where you are. If at a clients home, I will make sure their pet is comfortable in a place they already feel safe in, giving them extra attention, playing with them. I will also make sure to follow their regular routine. When I am away from my dogs, I always love when whoever is with them sends me photos. I will do the same and give regular updates to the owner about their pet.

A typical day
We will explore new trails and parks together, maybe even throw a ball around in a backyard or park. Whatever activity to get them moving and make them happy!

Availability
I may work full time, but I have plenty of time when I get out of work to check-in, feed, and take a dog for a walk. I also have full availability on weekends for house sitting. Also, on Thursdays and Fridays, I am available in the morning before 12pm.
