I first start with some type of stimulation for the dogs weather that be playing with them in some type of way or simply giving them a free spacious area to run around to stimulate them. Then after a little while I'll feed them give them time to digest the food then finally take them for a walk to poop and pee.

I got my first dog when I was in the 5th grade and took care of him with my grandmother until I moved away then I got two other dogs when I first moved I have been taking care of them ever since. I walk them multiple times a day and give them time to run as much as possible.
