It appears most of my motherly instincts jumped to a different species — furbabies! I will care for your furry darling like they’re my own child. Growing up, we always had a big dog and a small dog. We also had cats and were heavily involved with the local humane society fostering dogs. As an adult, I have owned a cat and have enjoyed providing dog-sitting/walks/check-ins for professors, friends, neighbors, and now clients (inside and outside of Rover). I currently don’t have any pets, so I will give your babies all my love and attention!

Schedule
I am available most weekends. If you have a long weekend you need covered (extending into the week days, I am open to discussing more availability). I am a homebody so I’d love to stay home (mine or yours) and provide constant care and companionship to your fur babies.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment with a balcony. It is clean, peaceful, and free of any possible complications that can arise due to children or other pets — since there aren’t any. I allow pets on my couch and bed. I live in a very nice area of West Fargo with a park a short walk away. For boarding, please bring your pet’s food. (Feel free to bring any favorite toys, treats, crates, or blankets as well—whatever will make them feel at home and happy!) Potty trained pets only please. If I am in your home, you can rest assured that your property will be treated with respect and I will follow the rules of the house. I personally like to keep my atmosphere neat and tidy, so you will never come home to find a mess of my making. I wouldn’t like people to invite strangers into my home I don’t approve, so you can be certain I’d never do the same to you. I have houseplants myself and I will happily look after yours too if needed.
A typical day
I take my cues from the pets and owners. I’d be happy to play fetch, tug, treat games, and go for a walk to the park near by with your pet. They would also have access to a comfy bed, balcony, couch, lap, and cuddles. If they appear to need space, I will give them that too. Your input will help me gauge what they need.

- Any health issues, medication, or behaviors I should be aware of? Potty schedule? Are they allowed table scraps (sensitive stomach or food allergies)? Where do they usually sleep (kennel, their bed, your bed)? How do they react around other dogs? What activities are they accustomed to? A meet and greet before hand is always good to assess compatibility and learn their needs.
