Pet care experience
I've loved all animals for a long as I can remember, and grew up in a household that always had atleast two dogs. I've have had pups all of my life as well as many fun rural animals like cows and chickens and love being around animals no matter what shape or size! I worked at an amazing professional dog boarding facility in the summers and holidays throughout college and have experience with dogs and cats of all ages and needs including senior animals with medical needs.

I would call Kelsey a Pet Sitter Plus! She stayed overnight at our house, took great care of our Siberian Husky Waylon, watered my flowers, and got in our mail! This was a six day, five night trip to visit our 94 year old Aunt in Santa Barbara, California. I didn’t worry a minute since Kelsey took care of everything we needed! We’ve hired her before and ‘Responsible’ is her middle name! She’s also got a.very reasonable rate so we try to book her well in advance. Thanks Rover for hiring Kelsey!
Kelsey has done pet sitting for our Waylon 3-4 times now. He is recovering from surgery and Kelsey took excellent care of him for us. We highly recommend Kelsey!
Kelsey is great! We trust our dog 100% with her. She is responsive and very considerate! She sent us tons of pictures and updates. Our dog is very comfortable with her. She also leaves our house in great shape.
Kelsey was fantastic, as usual! She was communicative and reliable, and gave my cats all the love and attention they needed while I was away.

Let me know a little about your pet! What is their feeding regiment, are there any diet restrictions or medications that will need to be administered? Does your dog get along well with others and be okay in a public setting such as a dog park or would you prefer that we just enjoy one on one activities with only me and you pup? Lastly, if a situation arises where I need to briefly leave the house (such as going to work or quickly running to a store) would you prefer that they be crated/ restricted to a certain part of the home or be given free roam?
A typical day
Typically I will wake up and take the dogs out for a bathroom break then feed them breakfast and play for a bit depending on their individual feeding regiment. In the afternoons I'll take them on a fun walk through the neighborhood or a nice park then wrap up the evening with another fun play session outside. On weekends, if the owners think it's a good idea, I'll take them to a dog park and play fetch, tug of war, or whatever the dogs favorite activity is

Availability
Working an 8-5 leaves evenings and weekends completely free to spend time with pets, and an hour lunch break to stop by if you're near the DTC area!
