I am a small business owner that works primarily from home. I create my own schedule, therefore my obligations day to day are fairly flexible. I am typically outside on a walk/run multiple times per week, which I frequently take my dog for. I also have an annual pass to the Hualapai County Park.

In my home, dogs typically have access to all the common areas inside the home. They will likely be in my bedroom as well if they want to be. I am available during the day to spend time with them, and am typically at home for the majority of the day to help them feel safe. I prefer that dogs are crate trained so that if I need to leave for an errand I know they will be safe in my absence. However this is a preference and can depend on the specific animal. Away from my home, I typically care for dogs and other animals as their owner cares for them. Everyone is different in their care, and every animal has a different routine. I am happy to help replicate their typical routine as much as is reasonably possible.

A typical day
I love taking dogs on car rides and outside (as long as this is their cup of tea). I care about making them feel safe and happy to be in their new temporary environment. My dog Leo is also a great play partner and is quite literally obsessed with other dogs and playing.

Hi there! My name is Kelly. I own a home in Kingman, AZ, with my husky Leo and partner Stephen. We have 2 young kids that live with us part-time. We have a fenced in home equipped with a dog door and a lovely garden.

Kelly is absolutely amazing with Preston! It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such caring and reliable hands. Kelly is dependable, patient, and truly treats Preston like her own. You can tell she genuinely loves animals, and Preston gets so excited every time he sees her.
Kelly is awesome. I was spending a couple of nights in Kingman and needed someone to come check in on my dog while I did a big hike. She was more than open and willing to check on Rumi! Even took the time to build trust with her and took her for the day. This helped so much, I felt relaxed while on my hike.
Kelly and Leo were great hosts, Maddie looks comfortable at their home. I received photos and update and you can tell Kelly is great with animals and that they are in good hands. I feel at ease knowing she’s here for next time we need .
Kelly was a great dogsitter! We felt very comfortable leaving our dog with her while we spent the day in Flagstaff since our lodging did not allow pets. She sent photos to reassure us that our Roxy was in good hands :) Thanks Kelly for taking such good care of our dog, we hope we can make it back to Flagstaff soon!
