Sit, Stay—I Got This
Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Kelly, a lifelong dog lover who’s never known life without a pup by my side. From mixed breeds of all sizes and personalities to my current golden retriever, Mando (aka the love of my life), dogs have always been part of my world. I’ve trained Mando since he was just 2 months old, so I’m comfortable with puppies, but I also have plenty of experience with senior dogs—one of our family pups lived to 18! Whether your dog is young, old, big, small, shy, or super social, I’ll treat them like one of my own. I love all dogs and can’t wait to meet yours!
Reviews
First and foremost, Kelly is a great pet owner herself. She has experience with lots of different kinds of dogs- big and small, old and young, calm and hyper. You name it, she knows how to handle it. I have personally trusted my dog with Kelly and never had any issues. Her dog and mine are actually good friends! She will treat any dog just like her own.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I have a fully fenced-in yard with plenty of space to play—and a pool if your pup loves to swim! I have two friendly dogs of my own: Mando (a golden retriever) and Sophia (a medium-sized mixed breed), so your dog will have built-in playmates if they’re social. I’m happy to crate your dog if needed, take them on walks around the neighborhood, and keep up with their feeding schedule or special routines. I feed my own dogs twice a day and always keep plenty of toys, puzzles, and enrichment activities on hand to keep them happy and stimulated. Most importantly, I’ll treat your dog like part of my own pup family—because that’s exactly what they’ll become while they’re with me.
Information Kelly L. would like to know about your pet
Before your dog’s stay, I like to gather a few important details so I can give them the best possible care. I’ll ask about their medical history, any past injuries, and your vet’s contact information. If they take medications, I’ll need to know what they are, how often they’re given, and the best way to administer them. I’ll also check for any dietary restrictions, feeding schedules, and portion sizes. It’s helpful to know if there are activities they shouldn’t do, as well as how they get along with other dogs and people. I’ll ask about any fears or triggers that might cause stress, and which commands or cues they already know so I can keep their training consistent. Lastly, I’ll make sure I have your contact information and a backup in case of an emergency.
A typical day
A typical day with me is all about keeping your dog happy, stimulated, and loved. We’ll start with a nice walk to get some fresh air, then mix in enrichment activities like puzzle toys, slow feeders, or scent games to engage their mind. If your pup enjoys swimming, we can make a splash! I’ll incorporate light training to keep their skills sharp, and they’ll have the company of my friendly dogs for social play. Between activities, we’ll have calm downtime so they can rest and recharge, finishing the day with plenty of cuddles and care
