I have raised 5 dogs since 1989, 2 of which I raised from puppy to senior, and the other 3 I adopted as rescue dogs (one has since passed and currently I am raising 2 of them). These years of dog parenting involved feeding, bathing, training, walking, and all vet visits. I worked two and a half years at Wag Hotels, San Francisco as a Customer Service Representative which entails checking in and checking out dogs who were utilizing the facilities. I frequently engaged with both clients and dogs on regular basis. I also volunteered two years at Beyond Rescue where I supervised about 12 dogs in a pen, observe temperament and assist with the adoption process or help families find their forever dog.

Kelli Quon absolutely loves and adores dogs. She rescued a female cockatoo mix from getting euthanized at the local animal shelter in 2006. Her name was Jintomata, but she renamed her to Ginger since it was easier to pronounce. Ginger took a while to warm up to with the rest of the family, but she easily gravitated to Kelli. Kelli was able to get Ginger out of her shell and fear of people. Ginger was part of the family until her unfortunate passing in 2020. Kelli is currently a dog mom to Archie and Eddie who were both rescued from a local dog rescue. Not only is she a dog mom, but from time to time she will help dog sit for her friends who go on vacation.
Kelly is a very lovely and sweet person. I worked with Kelly in animal care and she is very compassionate and responsible. In addition to being a wonderful co-worker, she cares deeply for the animals in her care, she takes the time to make sure the pups feel welcomed and safe. She is the perfect choice to be your dog sitter/walker!
I have seen Kelli dealing with dogs on multiple occasions. She and I volunteered at a dog rescue together and the dogs just loved her. She was very natural and caring with them from the littlest chihuahua to the big pit mixes. She has also cared for my dogs a couple of times. She is very gentle and highly cognizant of safety. I would definitely recommend Kelli as someone with high empathy for animals and someone who is extremely trustworthy.
Kelli is a loving and responsible pet-owner. She deeply cares about dogs and has taken care of dogs which require more hands-on care. You couldn’t find a better pet sitter than Kelli! She follows instructions perfectly. I trust her immensely!

With one to three day’s advance notice, I can readily be available to dog sit. I would like to meet and greet all new clients in a public place prior to dog sitting.
