I grew up with many pets in my household throughout my life - dogs, guinea pigs, fish, and hamsters. Many of my family pets had disabilities that would require special attention and care including diabetes, glaucoma, paralysis, albonism, etc. I am experienced in all of these, mostly in dogs and guinea pigs. I now have my own spoiled kitty named Rosie (: I'm comfortable with small and large dogs, cats, and other small mammals. I regularly help care for my parents, neighbors, and friends pets when needed. I have cared for dogs, cats, and even sugar gliders!
