Pet care experience
I've grown up with many different breeds of dog and cats my whole life. I've had multiple pet sitting jobs before joining rover, in their home and mine as well. Multiple pet types and fur babies.

Such a relief to have Kayla take care of Bailey while we were gone on vacation. The day before we left Bailey was not feeling well and wasn’t eating and I was super worried. Kayla kept us up-to-date and informed, and assured she would take care of anything that needed to be done. I was able to enjoy the vacation thanks to her!

I love knowing your pets social cues, how they communicate potty needs, over stimulation, etc. Every pet comes into a new environment and has to navigate what is safe and comfortable for them. So having the information about some of those cues is a great way to help them adjust quickly and smoothly.
A typical day
We have over eight acres for your pet to explore, open grass fields in the front and forest behind to allow for easy running space as well as exploring and sniffing space when we might need a little more stimulation.
