Pet care experience
I am currently a stay at home mom of 2 amazing kids! I, my husband and my kids love dogs, dog snuggles and the joy they bring to our lives! I am home most week days other than to run errands or to attend short appointments. My husband works from home so he is there when I am not. We have a chain link fence around our entire yard and lots of shade, with some nice sunny spots as well. I am reliable and would love to care for your special friend! I had a basset hound named Bella who was more than just a pet, she was a part of my family, as many pets are to their people. I cared for her from her puppy days into her senior days when she was sadly laid to rest. I dog sit for friends and family and am trusted by them to care for their Four legged furry friends! We also now have another basset hound named Coconut who is just over 2 years old. She loves to play with other dogs and will run and wrestle them all day long if they let her!

Thanks to you, your husband & 2 kids for lovin’ on GiGi. It was nice that you had a fenced yard so she could play with your dog. Thanks for having wisdom in separating them when one still wanted to play and the other needed rest. You were very kind, caring and it was nice to have a meet and greet, a few days before her day care.
Cooper stayed with Kayla and her family for 4 nights/5 days and had a terrific time. It was his first visit overnight stay but he had been over there during the day before. I told him that he was going on a separate vacation to play with her dog Coco and that I would miss him very much! Kayla sent me pictures and updates throughout his vacation and it was so nice to see he was enjoying himself and made himself at home. Thank you again, Kayla!
Cooper had fun at Kayla’s. He came home tired out from a fun day with her family and their basset hound Coco. I imagine he’ll be excited to go back.

No breed preference as long as they are good with kids and other dogs. We have a 4 year old and a 6 year old that I watch very closely around pets, but they do like to play with the dogs.
A typical day
Running around the back yard! We have lots of space! Tons of dog toys and many balls to throw. We love to go for walks around our neighborhood in White Bear Lake! Playing with the kids in the yard! My parents have land in Mahtomedi with two golden retrievers if your dog loves to socialize and go for car rides that is an option for your pet too if you wish!

Availability
As stated in our details my husband and I are currently both home full time. I am a stay at home mom and he works from home. So someone is almost always home. We are up and ready to start the day between 6am and 7am majority of the time.
