I have grown up surrounded by dogs since I was a child, I cared for my neighbours dogs, including feeding watering grooming etc. I then got my own dog (a westie) who I trained and cared for myself. I attended puppy training classes, and I helped him as well as other dogs in my neighbourhood manage their reactivity towards other dogs. I then went to college and completed my level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management, which included feline and canine care, as well as in depth look into nutrition, enrichment and behaviour. I am now at university training to be a companion animal veterinary nurse, with a specialism in clinical behaviour. My Dog helped me through the rough parts of my life, and so I understand how much people's pets mean to them, they are members of the family after all. And.I want a career in supporting other pet owners.
