Hello all! I'm Katie, and I have an immense passion for animals. Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at CSU, Fullerton. I have a lifelong love for pets that extends from my childhood to the present, where I am lucky to have an amazing dog, Scout as part of my life (he's the best <3). Throughout the years, I have cared for a wide range of animals, including small companions like hamsters and guinea pigs, as well as cats and dogs of all sizes, from 5 to 100+ pounds. Since 2018, I have gained valuable professional experience working at a pet hotel, where I have had the opportunity to interact with various breeds and temperaments. This experience has fostered confidence in my dog handling abilities. My affection for all animals knows no bounds, and I am committed to going above and beyond to ensure that your pet feels happy and comfortable in my care. From raising puppies as young as 6 weeks to caring for senior dogs as old as 16 years, I am well-versed in handling dogs of all ages and even high-energy pups!

My priority is to ensure the pets are happy, healthy, and comfortable while in my care. Katie is reliable, kind, and has extensive dog handling experience. She worked at a dog hotel where she was in charge of the safety, care and comfort of a whole kennel. She also took her own dog through extensive positive reinforcement training courses. She cares so much for dogs and safety is her main focus. She provides individual care and notices the little things to make sure each dog is having a great time. I have four high-needs dogs (Barley, Rye, Shadow and Scooter) and I don’t trust hardly anyone in the world to watch and walk them. I would rather stay at home instead of going on vacation, then risk letting just anyone come care for my dogs. I definitely 100% trust Katie to love, walk and care for my dogs. She builds personal relationships with dogs and she treats them just like they’re one of her own. I love getting texted photos of them; it makes me feel so reassured. Katie is the best.

Schedule
Since I am off for the summer, I have the flexibility to extend my care beyond just the daily routine. This means I can offer longer walks, additional playtime, and more personalized attention to make the pets feel loved and cherished. Overall, pet care seamlessly integrates into my daily and weekly routine. It is not merely a task, but a joyful and fulfilling experience that I genuinely enjoy.
