Hello! My name is Katie and I have many years of pet care, boarding and sitting experience. We live on 5 acres in Metter with lots of puppy love to go around! My children love to help walk and take care of all pet needs with me. My experience with dogs ranges from small breeds such as mini schnauzers, Brussels Griffons and chihuahuas to large breeds such as GSD, Great Danes, Mastifs and Rotties. We love all breeds and welcome any friendly pooch into our home where they will be loved as our own. I allow the pups to play and relax as they like and sleep wherever they’re most comfortable.

Katie is AMAZING! She genuinely cares about the wellbeing of your furbaby and took the best care of my Marlo! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone that’s passionate about what they do. She gave plenty of updates, and I never had to worry about Marlo in her care!
Such a great experience! Had no worries about our fur babies while out of town. She kept us updated with texts and pictures on what they were doing and how their time was going. They both seemed to be enjoying themselves and very comfortable. They didn’t seem stressed or anxious when we picked them up. I am very happy and so fortunate to have found Katie and will definitely be using her again and again!

I would’ve liked a bit more communication with pictures/updates , as for me , leaving my dogs with unknown person is stressful . Was not aware she had multiple dogs of her own as well , nor a fenced yard , but my dogs seemed fine and taken well care of .

We live on 5 acres with a pond and lots of room to roam! Your pets will be treated to supervised outside play in our fenced in dog run where they can play and burn off all of their pent up energy. Pets are always supervised when outside and never allowed to roam freely without either my husband or myself outdoors with them. All pets are allowed to sleep wherever they find their most comfy spot or can be crated if that is your preference. We do not generally crate unless it is necessary for safety or if that is what your pet is used to at home. I do my absolute best to make sure I follow the same rules you have for your dogs in your own home while they are staying with us.

Please be sure to let me know if your dog has a special diet, requires medication or their temperament around other dogs and cats. We have the ability to keep animals separate should there be any behavior or unexpected issues between pets.
A typical day
We enjoy long mornings and late afternoons outdoors before and after the harsh full heat of the day. Our favorites are games of fetch, catch-me-if-you-can and letting the dogs run around outside. Inside the dogs are allowed on the furniture, but only if you allow the same in your own home. There is plenty of room inside for them to wander around and play as well when the weather is not ideal.
