Katherine was a pleasure to work with as she did everything that I asked of her without a doubt…very satisfied, would highly recommend even with my tough playful, fast paced blue heeler.. she definitely accommodated and was flexible to assist thank you thank you!

Amazing dog sitter and wonderful communicator! Highly recommended!

Did NOT give my dog a bathroom break when she visited. I was shocked to get the Rover card reporting “no stops” and “no breaks.” Katherine reported my dog got spooked on the walk, so she hung out inside for awhile. I know the time out and time back in for the attempted walk wasn’t more than three minutes based on the doorbell camera/ alarm setting. I was never messaged, called, or advised of any issues getting my dog to go out. I looked at the card after the visit ended and had to leave work early because I paid a sitter to fail to give my dog a relief break. The dog had not had a break for nearly 7 hours until the time I got home. I tried calling a neighbor as an emergency to come over, but they weren’t home. The sitter came around 4.5 to 5 hours after I left for work. My dog doesn’t always want to go for a walk, but she will go to the bathroom in the back yard. I could have suggested how Katherine could get the dog to go out, IF she had the decency to tell me she couldn’t get the dog out, or if the dog was scared or being stubborn. I expect any pet sitter to have a minimum of common sense that the right thing to do would be to call me to report any problems. This was very upsetting.

Kate was great! She provided daily updates, house was in great condition when we returned from our two week trip, dogs were happy and well cared for, would definitely recommend and will use again!

Katherine was great with Poppy! It was so nice to find someone that would work with our schedule and come twice a day while I was at work. She made sure to take good care of Poppy and was very good at communication. We will definitely be using her again!
