Katherine was wonderful and really put my mind at ease when leaving Luca for the first time . He did great with her and was so happy and calm when I picked him up . She is continently located and sent pics with updates while I was away . We look forward to using Katherine again in the future !

I booked Katherine based on her positive reviews, but unfortunately my Westie did not have a similar experience. When I met Katherine, I was initially unsure I was meeting the correct person because she appeared different from her profile photo. Because of that and my concerns during our interaction, I asked if I could briefly see where Winston would be staying, but she declined. My flight was departing in about two hours, so I was unable to arrange another Rover sitter on such short notice. Communication throughout the booking was unaccommodating and inflexible. I also did not receive any routine updates during Winston’s 3-day stay and had to reach out myself to ask how he was doing. When I picked Winston up, he returned with approximately the same amount of food I had packed. He immediately ate an entire bowl of food in less than a minute, which is very unusual for him. He was also extremely dirty, with black soot covering his paws and lower legs, requiring three shampoos to get him clean. He appeared much more stressed than usual and took several days to return to his normal behavior. Based on his condition after the stay, I was concerned that Winston may not have received the level of care I expected. Unfortunately, I will not be booking with Katherine again.
