From angry steers to sweet ducklings to very hyper puppies, I know how to manage all kinds of critters. I am very affectionate and playful with even tempered animals, but I can also coexist peacefully with more reactive animals.

I have been caring for pets since I was a teenager. From my animals on my parents farm to dog and cat sitting for friends and family, I have a wide range of experience with animals of all ages and energy levels. Having owned two German Short Hair Pointers, I am great with big high energy dogs.

Katherine watched our house and pup for 9 days and she did an incredible job! Our pup is a bit anxious and Katherine handled it like a pro. It is obvious that Katherine is a true animal lover based on her patience and warmth, and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in her hands. Our dog loved hanging out with her and looked so happy in all of the picture updates we got! She was also such a wonderful house guest. I can’t recommend Katherine enough!
Katie was a referral, and I feel beyond blessed to have found her, especially on such short notice. She took amazing care of my dog and treated him with so much kindness and love. You can instantly tell she was raised with dogs. She’s incredibly sweet, trustworthy, and has a genuine passion for caring for animals.
