Katherine was an amazing host, she went through a medical emergency and got hospitalized while our cat was staying with her and still was communicating with us and sending us pictures. I could tell she really cares for you and your pets with how much she was trying despite the fact she had gotten so sick. I’m very appreciative of that, I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks so much Katherine!

This was my cat Gracie’s 2nd stay at Katherine’s. There were more cats there this time. Katherine noticed Gracie’s discomfort and gave her free roam of more of the house so Gracie immediately climbed high and found herself a sleeping spot. Happy cat, happy life. I appreciate Katherine’s willingness to allow shy Gracie more freedom. Katherine is a prompt communicator and photo taker. Gracie already has her next reservation set here.

Katherine and her husband are a lovely couple that are awesome cat people. Katherine is very responsible and communicated with me at all times. I would definitely recommend Katherine to Anyone that has to travel and needs a place to leave their cat

I hate writing negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so other cat parents can make an informed decision. During my cat's 10-day stay, I received approximately 12 photos in total. In every photo, my cat appeared crouched in fear, hiding in corners, or displaying obvious signs of stress. He’s stayed with other sitters before and he will usually climb into a sitter’s lap after a day or two - and his tail is usually held high as he curiously explores his surroundings. While I was repeatedly told he was socializing with other cats and playing with various toys, I was never provided a single video showing any of this despite asking multiple times. There were no videos (or even photos) of him playing, interacting with other cats (or humans) or even moving around comfortably. I also never received the Tupperware container I provided for his food. After asking several times about it, I was simply told that he had finished all of his food - which doesn't explain what happened to the container itself. This isn’t a huge deal in itself but struck me as quite odd. Most concerning was pickup day. Before I even reached the front door, I could hear a cat loudly crying from inside the house. To my horror, I was able to confirm visually that it was my cat, as there is a glass panel at the front door. As a cat sitter myself, I understand feline body language and stress signals very well. It was immediately clear to me that my cat was distressed, not relaxed or thriving (again, this has never been an issue before). After picking him up, I had to pull over and spend considerable time calming him down before we could continue our short drive home. This is the first and only time I have had to do so. I understand that every cat reacts differently to boarding, and I don't expect perfection, especially from day 1. However, based on the lack of communication and effort, the limited updates, and my cat's terrible condition upon pickup, I do not feel he received the level of care and attention I was led to believe he was receiving. I genuinely hope no other sweet kitties or their owners have the same experience that my cat and I did.

Katherine was great! She provided me with updates constantly. I felt like my cat was in good hands and in a safe environment with someone who truly cares about cats. Would definitely use again.

Katherine was great with my two siameseys, Mia and Pierre! Pierre is incontinent and needs extra care, which Katherine handled with no issues. They both came home happy and unstressed—night and day compared to my last sitter. I appreciated the Day 1 update on how they were settling. Will definitely work with Katherine again 🙌🏼
