Hello! I am back after a bit of a break of focusing just on grooming but I can now do dog sitting again!. My name is Katie, and I am a huge animal lover and a dog groomer. I do this service along with grooming from home. I have three little pups of my own, so I understand the process of boarding a furry loved one. They're like my kids, so I get nervous about sending them off with someone they're not familiar with and to a place they have never been to before. I also understand that it may be stressful for your pup as well. My goal is to minimize that worry for you as much a possible, and to give your pup a wholesome and relaxing experience while you're away. I do this by sending you good updates with pictures (typically three daily, or as many as you want), being reachable all throughout the day and night until bedtime, and setting up rules and limitations at the beginning of the stay, or during the meet and greet. Your dog's comfort greatly matters to me as well, so I ensure that they receive the attention and space they need to enjoy their time with me! During their stay, you can expect your dog to: - Go to the dog park (with permission) - Go on regular walks - Receive all day attention - Play with our pups - Enjoy other optional (with permission) activities like runs, hikes, and visits to lakes/beaches - Get plenty of bully rubs! If you are interested in allowing me to care for your pup, I generally try to set up a meet and greet before the time of the stay. This allows me to observe how your dog will be with my family, get us familiarized, and for you to tell me more about them. So let me know a good day and time you would like to arrange that! Here are other things I need to know about your dog: - Is he/she potty trained? - Anxieties or behavior issues - Medical issues or previous injuries - What your dog loves to do - Feeding schedules and amounts My home has plenty of space for your dog(s) to play and find a safe place. With all my services, I leave out any wondering you may have about your pup. It is important that you know how they're doing! I look forward to being a home away from home for your furry family.
