Pet care experience
I'd love to spend time with your pets and give them the same care I give mine! I know being away from your pets, especially long term, can be stressful--I'm willing to do whatever is necessary to make the time spent away from your cat as easy as possible, including sending pictures whenever you want! I've lived with and taken care of cats since the age of two and have been volunteering at animal shelters since the age of twelve; I've spent time playing with and socializing shelter cats and walking shelter dogs. I've also been a house sitter for families with both cats and dogs since the age of 16.

Katie is outstanding! We hired her to house-sit and dog-sit for 9 days and she did a wonderful job. Our dog truly loved her and seemed so happy every day in the photo and video updates she sent us, which is a big deal because he usually feels anxious when we're not around. Katie really focused on relationship building with him, she kept his routine, and she gave him lots of love and attention. On top of that, she watered our plants, kept the house very clean, and did so many thoughtful favors for us (like emptying the dishwasher, taking out the trash, and changing the sheets so we could come home and crash). I would absolutely recommend Katie. I had complete peace of mind on my trip knowing my dog and home where in excellent hands. I will definitely be hiring her again!
Katie was absolutely wonderful with all four of my fur babies —reliable, kind, and attentive to every detail. I arrived home to happy, relaxed animals who were clearly well cared for. Highly recommend for anyone needing a trustworthy sitter!
