Hello, my name is Jackie, I am 39 years old, I recently moved to the Woodbridge area and I am currently studying pre-med at Nvcc. I am quite passionate about animal rights and animal welfare! I have spent time in the past volunteering at the Alexandria Animal Welfare League, and I have loved being around animals all my life. I have also worked as a long term foster for TRU Rescue in Maryland. My very first job was starting a dog walking business at just 9 years old. Since then I have owned quite a few of my own pets including many dogs. I have experience taking care of puppies and older dogs. I love spending time going on walks outside every day as a part of my meditation practice, and I’d love to include some more fuzzy friends along with me while I walk. I also really enjoy having the dogs with me inside for cool down/chill sessions afterward while I study and listen to healing tones as I work! I have 2 very small chihuahua dogs living with me at the moment, one is 6lbs and one is 7lbs.

Jackie did a great job caring for Webster. He arrived with an upset stomach and she gave him the bland diet and OTC meds as a asked. When he felt better she switched to his regular diet. Jackie kept us posted as to his condition and sent frequent photos. I would recommend her to anyone with an aging dog. And her little dog was a sweet companion to Webster.
Jackie is a great host. I would certainly recommend her. She took excellent care of my two dogs.
My two dogs enjoyed their recent stay with Jackie. I appreciated that Jackie was easy to communicate with, responded quickly to texts or emails, and was flexible when our schedule shifted at the last minute. I would definitely book with her again.

Dog boarding is possible after a meet and greet establishes that your dog gets along ok with my two little ones. They do well with dogs that are not too hyper or are not too young. Male dogs must be fixed.

A typical day
Fenced in dog parks are close by in the area, I tend to keep animals away from any busy main streets. Walking in the park or along the sidewalks in my safe neighborhood is an ideal way to get some energy out with them. I also have a fenced in backyard.
