Reliable dog-walker and pet sitter
I have been a dog-walker for the last two years professionally and am very comfortable on walks with dogs with basic leash training, big or small. I have taken care of dogs and cats for 11 years otherwise, being the go-to person for friends and family. I am experienced with senior cats requiring extra care and/or medical attention as I had my own cat with terminal cancer who unfortunately passed away last year. I would not be a good match for dogs with behavioural issues, but am quite comfortable dealing with cats with all different kinds of needs. I can watch your pets at your home only at this time. Always happy to do a meet and greet in advance to go over any overnight details etc. Otherwise, I am an avid animal lover and work remotely so am flexible with drop-in visits, house stays, and other requests as appropriate.

Kat did a great job looking after our dog Teddy. We got daily photos and check ins as well as our house looked after while we were away :)

Schedule
I work from home primarily so I always have time available for pet care in between meetings and other things. My remote work also allows me to be mobile and take my laptop over to your house to pet sit if need be.

I am someone who is attentive and caring and always willing to adapt to accommodate your pet’s needs while you’re away. I ensure your animal companion is as comfortable as can be and adhere to routines and instructions given as much as possible, and make sure they are given the attention and company they need.
A typical day
I love to go on walks and play in parks with my Rover pals! I will always try to bring a ball for fetch and some extra treats if I have any around (unless stated otherwise for whatever reason). Snuggles are also a regular occurrence.
