Caring for pets is the job I love:)
I have had experience with caring for animals my whole life. I have experience training puppies and older dogs as well. I am well experienced with senior dogs! I also have experience in grooming/bathing different breeds of dog, if that is something you would be interested in. I am experienced with cats, horses, guinea pigs and a variety of reptiles. I have volunteered at my local animal shelter, caring for several cats and dogs. I have also completed veterinary science/ animal science classes to learn more about animals in general. Over time I notice that animals sense people, most animals love me and sense that I am a genuine, caring person right off the bat.

Katelyn recently watched our two golden retrievers, one of which is a senior. It’s so hard to find someone who is willing to stay the night in your home and doesn’t give off weird vibes. Our dogs are like our babies, and it can be nerve wracking to have someone come into your home like that. We couldn’t be more happy with the job Katelyn did. We were able to leave for over a week and not be nervous about if the pups were being taken care of. She sent the best photos and made us feel at ease. We felt bad because our pups are a bit emotionally needy, but we can just tell with their demeanor towards her that they were well loved. Communication was also great from her! Never left wondering if they’re actually being watched. Our home was also cleaner when we got back from our trip than when we first left! It was so nice coming home from vacation without a ton of dog hair to vacuum up. We are recommending Katelyn to everyone, best dog sitter we’ve had.
Katelyn is the most caring loving animal person I have ever met, she is great with my dog Bentley and would do great with your pets too!!

I don’t have a very busy schedule. I am not employed, so I have a lot of time to care for your fur babies. I am an online student at NKU. So I do all of my school work at home!

I have a large fenced in area in the back of my yard. I have large/medium/small kennels if needed for boarding. I will spend a lot of pictures too!

I have a variety of toys for different types of dogs and cats. I know every animal has their own personality and that’s why I want to make sure I have something everyone’s animal will enjoy. I have treat puzzles, snuffle mats, lick mats ect.. There is a dog park near my house and close to that there is a walking trial I visit regularly. I like to take dogs on car rides (only if that is something you are comfortable with) to millennium Park in Danville to walk!
