Kate was marvelous with Toby and Cuddles and sent great photos while we were away! We are happy we already got to book her again!

We used Kate once before for a last-minute walk and it went fine, but this 2.5 day “house-sitting” booking was a disaster. We ended up cutting our vacation short and came home only 24 hours later because of it. She arrived 4.5 hours after the agreed start time, stayed about 40 minutes, then left our dog alone for 6 hours. When she came back, she stayed only 30 minutes (mostly on her phone) before leaving him alone for 11 hours overnight. The next morning, she was there just 30 minutes again. In total, he was only taken out three times (all under 10 minutes), none of our poop bags were used, and he received little to no attention. We have a camera on the doors and his bed, so I could see she stepped over his blanket that was beside his bed repeatedly instead of putting it back in so he could burrow like he normally does. I left a guide explaining he needed overnight care, which she ignored. Later she claimed she “didn’t know” we expected her to stay, but admitted most of her other clients also don’t don’t care if she stays overnight- which makes me think she simply doesn’t communicate that she won’t stay and pets end up alone far more than owners realize. I only knew because of my cameras- otherwise, my dog would have been abandoned for another day and a half. If you book Kate, be extremely clear about your expectations. Ours were completely ignored.
