I'll treat your dog like my own!
I have never lived without a dog! My family always had pups when I was growing up, and I got one of my own in my late teens - a golden retriever yellow lab mix named Bean. He was the light of my life. I have also fostered before and have experience with dogs with special needs. After my pup passed away I decided not to get another one right away so that I could devote all of my time to my dogsitting jobs. I love spending time with pups of all ages and sizes and I can build a connection with any animal I meet. I am especially experienced with large breeds and have no issues controlling strong dogs on walks. I also have experience caring for and walking multiple dogs at once. I am good with body language and will be able to tell what your furbaby needs and how they feel so that we can enjoy the best possible time together. ❤️ My schedule fills up very fast - I usually end up being booked almost every day of every month, including holidays. Because of this it can be difficult for me to accommodate last minute requests. The best way to secure a spot on my calendar is by contacting me a month or more in advance (2+ months early is ideal!). My calendar on here is often not representative of my actual availability; in addition to my Rover clients I have many clients who I've met outside of the app, and my bookings with them do not sync to my calendar here. But I will be happy to provide you with my full schedule on request! The animals I've met through this job mean the absolute world to me. I can't wait to add your pets to my giant furry family! 🐾

Kate was wonderful. She went above and beyond while home and pet sitting for us. From texting to pictures and doing things not even asked of her. Kate is an awesome person and the best pet sitter I've ever had. We adopted a shepard collie mix with high anxiety, who was clearly not socialized. She's made great progress, but having a stranger come into her home without us there? We just won't ever take a dog-free vacation. Until the in-laws decided we're all going to Florida. Finding Kate has been a lifesaver, and so good for our baby. She came over multiple times, taking baby steps to gain trust and let our crazy girl get comfortable. This was our first overnight and it went so well! I'm so grateful for her patience and willingness to work with us. ❤️
Kate is excellent. She was very loving to our dog Parker and seemed to enjoy taking care of him. She did a great job and we will definitely use her in the future.

Programa
I am a writer working on a series of fantasy novels, so I can be home with your pet all day as I work on my computer. 💕 I'm also a member of the board for a local music school, and almost all of my responsibilities for that are online as well. I typically do all my work whenever the pups I'm with are napping, and play with/walk them when they are awake. It's a wonderful job and I feel so lucky to have it!
