Hello! My name is Kate and I live with my husband, Joe, in Lake Orion. Our home is set on a dirt road in a small neighborhood. We have a fenced in yard, and plenty of space for dogs to run and play. We live a slow, laid back lifestyle. We both love to be outside, and spend many hours outdoors running, swimming, biking, or hiking. We are both animal lovers, so your pup will be welcomed into our home like he is one of our own. We do have two dogs (Gus & Opie), and two cats (Bandit & Beanie), both get along with other animals very well. I grew up with dogs my whole life and I have been dog-sitting for about 6 years.

Ripley is always so happy to see Kate. Kate is fantastic with her and gives her tons of love when I am not there
Kate was fantastic with my kitty Ripley. I appreciate all the love and care she provided her while we were out of town. I also really loved all the pics.
Kate is amazing! I completely trust her with my pups (and chickens) and my dogs clearly had a great time.
Kate was so amazing with our dog and cat, even though our dog isn't the most socialized. She sent plenty of photos and updates which really helped us ease our worries and enjoy our vacation. Kate was so sweet, her communication was top notch, and she took great care of our pets. I highly recommend Kate and would love to book her again for our next trip!
Kate was even better than we could've imagined! She went above and beyond with everything she did. Since our dog basically has special needs and is unsocialized, there was a lot of instructions and routines that our dog sticks to. Kate was able to do all those things, plus make him feel comfortable with her, which is an amazing feat! We would recommend Kate and look forward to using her again.
First off I want to say thank you to whoever created this site! I had never heard of it because I have never needed to board any of my pets. This time however, I needed someone for our new puppy because she could not come with us on our trip. I can't thank Kate(and Joe) enough for taking such good care of her for the week that we were gone. Kate was extremely accomodating in taking care of our new puppy "Miggy". Miggy has some issues still because she is so young(16 weeks) and Kate helped out in so many ways. Kate continuously kept us updated through text, pictures and phone calls on Miggy which helped us ease our guilt of leaving her home while we were gone. Miggy also got along so well with Kate's dog Gus, who seems to be a total sweetheart! You can truely see that Kate has a huge heart for animals and cared for our pup like she was one of her own. We can't thank her enough for watching Miggy and taking such great care of her. We will definitely be asking her to watch Miggy again when needed. Thank you Kate!!!
