For new clients, during our phone conversations and Meet & Greet, I always focus on getting to know both parents and pets, assuring we are a good fit, and no longer feel like strangers by the time they leave town. I also always have my clients prepare written instructions, preferences, emergency contacts, and special notes for me

Kasey was wonderful! She was prompt and communicative during her stay, adjusting to our needs. Our pets had a great time based on the photos and we will definitely use her again in the future.
Kasey was amazing staying with my two dogs while I was away. She brought many toys for them to play with and sent many photos each day to show me they were happy and well taken care of. I had a stress-free trip knowing my fur-babies were well taken care of at home. Kacey was very clean and conscientious with my home and she will be my go-to sitter now for the future. I highly recommend her, she's a very sweet and communicative person while you're away!
