Kasey always takes excellent care of my dog Buddy. Whether he has to stay a weekend or an entire month, She is my first choice.

The night before the booking we spent 2 hours chatting and texting Rover trying to get the sitter’s address. The sitter claimed Rover would text us the address the day before the appointment. Rover doesn’t do that. We finally got the address and much distress. The day of the appointment my husband stood outside the sitters home for 10 minutes knocking and ringing the doorbell. I was texting her on the app. Finally a man wrapped in a blanket opened the door. Our dog Bella was very depressed and sullen when she came home. This is our fourth time using Rover. We’ve never had a problem before. The last time we used Rover we tipped the sitter and even purchased an outfit for the woman’s baby. I’m not very happy with this experience. I will not be using this sitter again
